How do we do it?
IDS has developed a gateway that connects with the most popular databases such as Microsoft SQL server and MYSQL server and other SQL servers that support JDBC.
If information such as job numbers, job addresses, staff member allocated to the job, staff user names and passwords are maintained in the database then IDS can extract this information and send it to any of the devices we support.
